Fact or Fiction? Women’s Bible Study

This 5-week Bible Study for women, taught by Sara Keeton, will focus on the truth of Scripture and how to be like the Bereans in Acts 17:11 who “received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.”
Topics discussed will include:
- How we got out English Bible and Bible translations
- How to search and study Scripture
- New Age Practices, Yoga, Meditation, and Contemplative Prayer + Darkness, Halloween, Harry Potter, and Horror
- Current Issues in the News: Critical Race Theory (CRT) + Homosexuality and Transgenderism
- Church Traditions – Easter, Lent, and Christmas
- Authors and TV Preachers (special study project: Jesus Calling, Is this the Jesus of scripture?)
While this study will build upon itself, each week will be a stand-alone teaching and discussion. Please see Sara or Vicki with questions about this study.
