It is not our power or authority that accomplishes anything, only willingness, to step into the will of God. God has given us a way to protect ourselves. He has given us armor to wear in order that we can fight Satan and his scheming demons… and friends we must be prepared and learn to fight, the way the Lord wants us to fight!
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. – Ephesians 6:13-16
Without the strength of God and the protection of spiritual armor, it is impossible to stand against the attacks of spiritual enemies.
God has given His people a call, a mission, a mission to fulfill. Satan will do his best to stop it. When Satan attacks and intimidates, we are to stand and stand firm in the strength of the Lord to oppose spiritual opposition from the forces of darkness.
Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. – Ephesian 6:14-15
