The Great Deceiver
Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” – Genesis 3:1
In the garden, Satan did not try to disprove the existence of God, he simply tempted Adam and Eve to question what God had said and His authority. Satan’s goal has always been, and will always be, to be worshiped.
